Johanna Ortiz offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that certain delicate items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL or FedEx shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your box, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location, keeping your receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
